Hitachi Dublin Laboratory

The Hitachi Dublin Laboratory (HDL) was founded in 1989 to carry out research in advanced computing and information technology. The laboratory is situated within Trinity College Dublin and enjoys close links with the researchers in the Clinical Medicine Department as well as with the Mathematics and Computer Science Departments. The Laboratory has also participated in a number of European projects.
